Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit old and showed signs of being not so well-maintained, especially in the shower and bathroom where fruit flies were a big issue. On the bright side, the location was quite good, near the main square, though being on the second floor opposite the noisy lift and stairwell was not ideal.
The hotel has a convenient location near the bus station and a short walk into the center of Merida. The rooms, though clean and large, need some maintenance. The service was friendly but had some issues with payment handling. The dining options were basic, and the hotel lacks vegetarian and vegan dishes. Overall, it's a decent choice for a stay in a pretty city like Merida.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and spacious, but there was a bad smell that lingered. The service was average, with minimal interaction and language barriers. The location was convenient for bus travel but lacked a welcoming vibe. The dining setup was confusing, despite a buffet layout. The facilities were average overall.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with big, cozy beds and a large TV, but the washrooms needed better cleaning, and the service was lackluster. The location was very good, especially being within walking distance of the Ado bus park and the US visa ASC. The dining experience was lackluster with limited options, and the staff seemed disorganized. However, the pool area was nice for unwinding after a day exploring.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a coffee machine. However, the bathroom was not as spacious as I had hoped. The service was top-notch, with staff being super friendly and welcoming. The location, while not perfect due to the distance from the center, was still convenient and nice for exploring Merida. The dining experience was adequate but could use some improvement. The facilities met my basic needs during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Autobus station on Calle 70 at Calle 63, making it easy to access. The rooms are spacious and simple in decor, connected through the bathroom, and kept clean and nice. The service was helpful overall, although there were some hitches with payment requirements and provision of towels. The dining experience was subpar with small portions and low-quality coffee. The hotel's location is not ideal for being a bit of a walk from the downtown area, but the friendly service and pretty city surroundings make up for it.
